Weekly rides are open to all, however we ask that you pre-register to help us get things organised quickly in the morning. Simply select the group you want to join below and add your name to the list, there are five groups / speeds to choose from so something for everyone.

On Saturday morning there will be five "pens" marked out in the car park - please make sure you go to the correct one for then group you've signed up for and we'll sort things from there. If there are more than 8 people in any one group, that group will then be split to ensure groups on the road aren't too big.

After the ride Carlé's Coffee next door will be open to refuel you with coffee and cake - and if you need a lie down, there's always the sofa's in the shop!!

PLEASE NOTE - these are NOT "races" the entry system just won't let me change then terminology used!!
